At the Transhill Nantong factory, every step from the outdoor raw-block yard to the in-house special-shaped processing line carries a traceable batch number. The following four scenes show the closed loop that turns raw mineral mix into finished architectural stone.

Batch-Stored Raw Blocks

Large raw blocks are stacked outdoors by batch, each marked with a red spray-painted code (e.g. 2604-7-9, 2604-7-2) for source and intake-time traceability. The blocks undergo conditioning before cutting to ensure stability in cutting, forming and surface treatment.

Finished Goods and Sample System

Finished slabs are neatly racked on wooden pallets by size and grade, with batch and spec labels on the face. The sample yard concentrates finished pieces and colour swatches for project selection and cross-project reuse.

Special-Shaped Processing: From Slab to Curve

The special-shaped workshop is equipped with curved forming and carving tooling for batch production of curved panels, wave panels, Roman columns and other custom components. See Applications · Special-Shaped Processing.

Capability Recap

  • Batch-traced raw block storage end-to-end
  • Systematic sample library with tiered swatches
  • Stable supply of large-format finished slabs
  • Dedicated line for curved, wave and Roman-column production
